7-Day Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and unworn
- It should be in its original packaging
- All tags, invoices, and certificates (if any) must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible:
- Earrings (if worn)
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items bought on clearance/sale (if applicable)
How to Request a Return

- Share your order ID and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the process
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be initiated
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received a damaged or wrong product?
- Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos
- We’ll resolve it on priority at no extra cost
