At Anvir Silver, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

7-Day Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and unworn
  • It should be in its original packaging
  • All tags, invoices, and certificates (if any) must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible:

  • Earrings (if worn)
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items bought on clearance/sale (if applicable)

How to Request a Return

  2. Share your order ID and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the process

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be initiated
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received a damaged or wrong product?

  • Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos
  • We’ll resolve it on priority at no extra cost
